“I was raised in the beautiful city of Nashville, TN, and am currently finding my way back from Southern Kentucky. I graduated from Western Kentucky University with my Bachelors in Arts, majoring in Corporate and Organizational Communication and minoring in Event Planning and American Sign Language.
My love for weddings came about when I was around 12 years old, and my mom first turned on 27 Dresses. I knew that was going to be me when I grew up in some form or fashion. I love everything about weddings - the excitement and romanticization of the event, how the couples personalities shine through the decor and photos, and ALL the love. Lets just say I am a sucker for a good romantic comedy.
Throughout college I was blessed to have the opportunity to work at a wedding venue, initially as an intern and then as a Wedding Coordinator Assistant. I knew after graduating this was something that I wanted to pursue, and I am grateful for the opportunity with MirWood Events to help everyone feel so incredibly special on their wedding day!”
