Additional Costs

Guest Count greater than 100, to cover additional coordinators to be brought on site during setup. This may not be applied if an outsourced decorator is hired for wedding day.

  • Between 101 to 150 - an additional $150 will be applied

  • Between 150 to 200 - an additional $300 will be applied

  • Over 200+ - an additional $450 will be applied

Two Seperate Locations - For those events with a different ceremony and reception location, an additional coordinator for $150 may need to be brought on site, regardless of the guest count. If an additional coordinator is already being brought in due to the size of guest count, no secondary additional coordinator is needed.

Restricted Setup Time - For the venues that do not allow vendors to begin setting up a minimum of 5 hours before the start of the ceremony time, additional coordinators may need to be brought in to ensure everything is set up before guests begin arriving. Pricing based on how much setup time is available.

Additional Hours - For additional hours requested for the coordinator to be onsite longer, it is an additional $50 per hour.
