At MirWood Events, we understand that every couple is unique—and so are their planning needs. To best support your vision, we offer a range of à la carte services designed to take care of the little details you may not want to stress about in the lead-up to your big day.

You’re welcome to mix and match the services that fit you best. Each quote is fully customized based on your specific needs and preferences.

A La Carte Services:

Additional Coordinators — $300/pp
Bring in an additional seasoned coordinator to ensure seamless coverage across multiple locations, tight timelines, or large guest counts. Ideal for complex weddings needing extra hands and eyes on the details.

Table & Chair Setup — $150/pp
Let our team handle setup of guest tables and chairs for a smooth, stress-free start to your day.

Table & Chair Takedown — $150/pp
We’ll stay to break down and pack up, so you (and your family) can head straight to the after-party.

Notary Services — $75
Official signing made easy — includes travel and notary service for marriage licenses or other
documents.

Additional Onsite Hours — $50/hour
Need us there earlier or later? Extend coordination coverage by the hour as needed.

Night-Before Rehearsal — $150
Add a separate-day rehearsal coordination session, ideal for venues with day-before access.

Extended Support (6 Weeks Out) — +$400
Upgrade from standard 4-week support to 6 weeks of vendor liaison, planning assistance + coordination guidance.

Venue Visit — $75/visit
We’ll walk your venue together in person to map out the ideal layout and catch any planning blind spots.

Design & Decor Consultation — $150
1-hour design strategy call with Olivia - Lead Planner + Owner
Mood board creation or refinement (Canva or Pinterest)
Feedback on color palette, style, layout flow
Floorplan suggestions (for ceremony and reception)
